To better maintain the teaching order and ensure the safety of students, CVCS implements a Parents-On-Duty program. Parents-on-Duty is a responsibility and obligation for all students' parents. Below are the specific details:
Activity Class only or CSL Class only: 2 slots (1:30-2:30) per family per year
CHL Class only: 3 slots (2:30-4:30) per family per year
Activity Class and CHL Class: 3 slots (1:30-2:30 or 2:30-4:30) per family per year

Registering for Parents-On-Duty is similar to registering for courses. After logging in, click to enter the registration page, and select "Parents On Duty" from the categories at the top.
注册家长值班的流程与注册课程相似。登录后，点击进入注册页面，在上方分类中选择"Parents On Duty"。
Under the "Parents On Duty" category, there are three items available for registration. The first two items are for registering duty time slots, while the third item is for the duty deposit registration. If you have already paid the duty deposit, you can ignore the third registration item and simply select the date and time slot you wish to register for. The first item is for the 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM duty time slot, and the second item is for the 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM duty time slot.
在家长值班类别下，有三个可供注册的项目。前两个项目为值班时间段的注册，第三个项目为值班押金的注册。如果您之前已经交过值班押金，可以忽略第三个注册项目，只需在前两个项目中选择您想值班的日期和时间段进行注册即可。第一个项目为一点半到两点半时间段的值班注册，第二个项目为两点半到四点半时间段的值班注册。
Register for duty dates and times
If you want to register for the 1:30-2:30 time slot, please click the "Register" button next to "1:30-2:30 Parents On Duty". If you want to register for the 2:30-4:30 time slot, click the "Register" button next to "2:30-4:30 Parents On Duty". On the next page, select your desired date on the calendar (the start time 1:30 PM or 2:30 PM will be displayed next to it), and then click “Next”.
如果您要注册一点半到两点半的时间段，请点击“1:30-2:30 Parents On Duty”旁边的“Register”按钮。如果您要注册两点半到四点半的时间段，请点击“2:30-4:30 Parents On Duty”旁边的“Register”按钮。在接下来的页面中，选择您想要值班的日期（日历旁边会显示值班开始时间1:30 PM或2:30 PM），然后点击“Next”。
On the client details page, fill in the required information. You then have two options:
1. Click the black "Register" button to complete the registration for that time slot.
2. (Recommended) Click the red "Add to Cart" button to add this time slot to the cart. You can then return to the registration page to select and add other time slots to the cart. Finally, go to the cart and click "Checkout" to submit and complete the registration for all selected time slots.
在联系人详细信息页面，填写所需信息。接下来您有两个选择：
1. 点击黑色的“Register”按钮以完成该时间段的注册。
2. （推荐）点击红色的“Add to Cart”按钮，将此时间段添加到购物车。然后，您可以重复以上步骤返回注册页面选择其他时间段并将其添加到购物车。最后，进入购物车，点击“Checkout”以提交并完成所有选定时间段的注册。
Register for duty deposit
If you have not paid the deposit before, after adding the duty time slots to the cart, you will need to return to the registration page and click on "Parents On Duty Deposit" to register the deposit. This registration process is identical to course registration. The only thing to note is that on the registration information page, you should select the number of children attending the Chinese school in the "participants" field. Then, add it to the cart and finally, go to the cart and click "Checkout" to complete the registration.
如果您之前没有交过押金，在将值班时间段添加到购物车之后，还需回到注册页面，点击“Parents On Duty Deposit”进行押金的注册。此注册过程与课程注册完全相同，唯一需要注意的是，在注册信息填写页面中，请选择您在中文学校上课的孩子人数。然后将其添加到购物车中，最后进入购物车点击“Checkout”完成所有注册。
